I forgot to order flowers for my mom’s casket the morning of her service I ordered flowers via Zontini’s website. I explained that her service was that afternoon and I work pick the flowers up. I received a phone call when they opened, they said “We will deliver the flowers, no need to worry”. That’s customer service in the wake of tragedy and forgetfulness on my part. Thank you for all you did for both my dad’s service in October and now my mom’s service in February. 1000% recommended

Not only did the picture on the website not do justice to the actual arrangement it was well priced, delivered on time and set up as the main arrangement for the centenary of life. They will be my go to florist for this area for all future needs.

The flowers were gorgeous! Fast delivery. Excellent customer service - I received a call to tell me that a particular color of flower had not yet opened, but that a beautiful pink was available. I've never had a florist call me to ask about substituting colors. I really appreciate the consideration Zontini had for me & my recipient. I will go to Zontini for all of my future floral needs in Virginia Beach. I order online from New York & I feel comfortable that I will get what I pay for with Zontini.

It was a beautiful arrangement . . . I was hoping for the vase shown, was in a white basket instead which was nice but I really loved the vase so that is the only negative . . .

I always use Zontinis for flowers to my relatives in the Virginia Beach area and have never been disappointed. They always rave about the arrangements and freshness of the flowers.

The flowers I ordered were white roses and peach gerber daisies and all white were sent. Disappointed
