I forgot to order flowers for my mom’s casket the morning of her service I ordered flowers via Zontini’s website. I explained that her service was that afternoon and I work pick the flowers up. I received a phone call when they opened, they said “We will deliver the flowers, no need to worry”. That’s customer service in the wake of tragedy and forgetfulness on my part.
